 At BSDC Latin African Cultural Dance Institute and Baltimore Salsa Dance Company, we believe that dance is a celebration of culture, connection, and community. Recent revelations in the Latin dance community remind us that the safety and well-being of all participants must always come first.

We stand against all forms of sexual harassment, assault, and manipulation. Our school is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for everyone. We encourage victims to come forward and share their stories, knowing they will be met with compassion and support. No one should ever feel silenced or alone.
