BSDC Institute Studio's are available to book for classes, parties, private lessons, meetings, baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsals workshop, pop up shop and more!!! Do you have a specialized dance, art, fitness, personal training, or another similar business that you need a Home for? Looking for somewhere to hold your classes, practices, seminars, events, etc... Always wanted to have a studio to call home without all of the hassles of studio ownership?
DAE Studio is a beautiful hub location that houses multiple in house companies! We offer monthly rentals, shared studio space, and genre exclusivity amongst our in house rental partners!

STUDIO RENTAL RATES
PRE-PAID STUDIO RENTAL RATES
BSDC Institute Studios offer the opportunity to purchase blocks of pre-paid rental hours at a discounted rate for Classes, Auditions, Rehearsals & Private Lessons. In order to receive the discounted rate, you must pre-pay for 4 hours or more and pay for a block of time in advance. This is a great option if you know you need rental hours, but won't have a regular schedule. Pre-pay and schedule hours as you need them!!!
PRE-PAID DAYS: (5am-5pm/Mon-Thur Only)
***Regular Rate $45 per Hour***
4 HOURS ($42.50/hr) = $170
10 HOURS ($40/hr) = $400
20 HOURS ($35/hr) = $700
PRE-PAID NIGHTS/WEEKENDS:
***Regular Rate $55 per Hour***
4 HOURS ($52.50/hr) = $210
10 HOURS ($50/hr) = $500
20 HOURS ($45/hr) = $900
*Rentals are held on a first come, first served basis. Rental time slots can be reserved in as little as 24 hours in advance pending location and room availability. All pre-paid hours must be used within 6 months.
* Pre-paid hours may only be used for classes, auditions, rehearsals & private lessons, all other types of rentals are excluded and fall under our regular rental rates.
* Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Failure to cancel scheduled rental times at least 48 hours in advance will result in your credit card being charged for our two hour minimum plus inconvenience fee for a total of $100.

STUDIO RATES (SINGLE & MONTHLY RATES)
Rental Hours: (1 Hour minimum)
Events & Parties: $100 per hour
***$250 deposit required for incidentals, deposit is returned in 7-10 business days after the event.
Private & Group Rates: Classes, Rehearsals, Workshops, Auditions, Meetings
